Cafe Matilda

We have noticed that cafes in Norway, so far, have nothing for Vegans to eat. They are sometimes in very appealing locations, with great views, or on the water, so that we would love to have lunch there and soak up the sun on the good days. We have indulged in a cup of black coffe, or a glass of wine in these venues just for the atmosphere. 

So we have invented Cafe Matilda. Here we can get the great views, soy late, or wine, and open sandwiches with hommus, and various fresh veggies, on great Norwegian rye bread, or heavy seed loaves. 

There is outdoor heating on occasion. 

One can even put one's feet up on the furniture! 

The scenery changes daily, and comes with inspiration and other uplifting emotions!
